Custom In-Ear Monitor Ordering: How It Works

 

Our Custom In-Ear Monitors are made to order - just for you! Here's how it works:

 

First Impressions. Once you order, the first thing you'll need to do is to have impression molds made of your inner ear by a licensed Audiologist. You may even contact an Audiologist and schedule an appointment to have inner-ear impressions made for Custom In-Ear Monitors before ordering if you like. Find more info on impressions here and a list of preferred Audiologists in the US here.

 

Send Your Impressions. Once you've ordered, we'll send a prepaid shipping label to your email. Send your inner-ear impressions to us using this label. For International orders: Unfortunately, we cannot provide a prepaid label for International orders.  We encourage you to select a service that offers tracking and insurance to guarantee safe delivery.  Please be sure to include your contact information with your impressions.

We will ship your Custom In-Ear Monitors. As soon as your Custom In-Ear Monitors are complete we will ship them to you, along with your impressions.  You will receive automated tracking information to monitor your shipment.
