Campfire Audio Purchases

What is your return policy?

All of our products are covered by a 14-day return policy. If a product doesn't suit you for any reason, you are welcome to return it within this window. All items must be returned with accessories and in like-new condition to receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to levy a re-stocking fee. However, we rarely find this necessary.

What is my product's warranty?

The Campfire Audio 2 Year Limited Warranty protects against defects in the manufacture and assembly of earphones and cables for two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase.  Accessories such as carrying cases and ear tips are not covered by warranty.

Warranty is active from the date of original purchase through our website or an authorized Campfire Audio dealer. Warranty is transferable and active for the full 2-year window.

Attempts to self-repair or modify your product may void your warranty.

If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will either repair the product or replace the product with a new or equivalent model at the discretion of Campfire Audio.

Any product found to be defective or damaged outside of the warranty period can be repaired for a service fee (parts+labor). An estimate will be provided once our engineers have reviewed your product. 

Parts & product replacements are subject to supply limitations. In the case of unrepairable/unreplaceable units, an alternate model in equal or better condition may be offered at Campfire's discretion.

Any repaired or replaced parts or products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or for ninety (90) days, whichever period of time is greater.

Warranty claims are processed through the point of purchase. If your product was purchased from an authorized Campfire Audio retailer, don’t hesitate to get in touch with them regarding any warranty, service, or return requests.

Where is Campfire Audio based?

Campfire Audio is located in Portland, Oregon. We operate out of a single facility, where we design, assemble, package, and ship our products.

Where can I buy CA products?

You can buy direct from Campfire Audio here on our site. We ship to most places around the world.

You can also find Campfire products in a wide range HiFi boutiques and retailers. You may want to check with your local outlets to see if they have Campfire products.

Are there counterfeit CA products?

Unfortunately, there are counterfeit Campfire products out in the world. These are not common but can be found.

What does designed and assembled in Portland mean?

All of our IEMs are conceived, engineered, and assembled by a small, passionate, team in Portland, Oregon. Various parts and accessories for our products are sourced from outside of the United States. All research and design, assembly, frequency testing, quality control, and packaging, are done in-house here in Portland.

Due to the technical limitations of our Portland facility, Cascade, the lone headphone in our lineup, and Orbit, our true-wireless model, are assembled ethically by a highly specialized company in China, with which we have a long-standing relationship since 2014.

Shipping Information

What services do you ship with?

Domestic shipments within the US are sent via USPS. Most shipments will arrive within 3-5 days once shipped, though many arrive in as little as 2-days.

All international shipments are sent primarily with FedEx. Other services may be available depending on your region. We do not recommend USPS for international shipping.

Where do you ship?

We ship to most countries globally, with FedEx as our primary option for shipping. Other services may be available depending on your region.

We are unable to ship to Hong Kong, you can find our products via ECT.

Do you require signature?

Orders over $500 USD in value will require a signature by default.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship the day they are placed. If they are placed after 3pm PST, they will ship the following day.

Orders placed on Friday can will likely ship the following Monday.

Can I get overnight shipping?

Yes, overnight shipping is available for a fee calculated at checkout. In order to ensure that your shipment arrives the next day, please place your order before 12pm PST.
