Campfire Audio earphones come with a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy that begins on the date of delivery. Returned items must be received in new condition with all accessories to receive a full refund. 

Shipping costs are not included in the refund amount. IEMs returned in less than new condition, missing accessories, and/or unoriginal packaging may be assessed a restocking fee. 

You will be contacted prior to any fee assessment for a returned product. Unopened items that are returned will not be assessed a restocking fee.

Please be sure to include your contact info and all accessories along with your product in 100% like-new condition to receive a full refund. It is highly recommended that returns are sent with tracking numbers.
